Rodgers House was built in the 1950's and has the oldest standing sycamore tree in Clark County in the front yard. It is in the quiet John S. Park Neighborhood listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is just a few blocks from the glitter and glamour found in the entertainment capital of the world. The interior is "vintage charm", reminiscent of 1920's Boston and decorated with a romantic touch and luxury linens. The hostess, Kerin, is very warm and pleasant and is a former interior designer, political activist and TV talk show moderator who spent her childhood days in Boston and her school days in Seattle.
