Nineteen individually styled guest rooms can be found in our two doric-columned buildings set on 15 acres in a quaint, historic village. Our nine Luxury Rooms are spacious with king or queen beds, many with canopies, fireplaced sitting areas, and large baths with whirlpool or soaking tub for two. Some have private porches; some are hidden away in secret places; and others give you the feeling that you've just been transported to another time. Ten Classic and Superior Rooms round out our assortment of very romantic accommodations leaving you with the desire to come back and try them all. Each room offers elegant bath robes, a full line of English bath amenities, CD player and cds, hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, and individual heat control. By design, you will not find televisions or telephones making Rabbit Hill Inn a true romantic retreat.
Breakfast
It's the most important meal of the day and we'll help you do it right! Breakfast begins at the buffet table where you will find an assortment of homemade muffins and cakes, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, and our special granola. Then, prepare for your server to tell you about each morning's two hot entree choices. Maybe it will be lemon buttermilk pancakes with Chambord coulis and Vermont maple syrup or pepperjack & herb quiche with sundried tomato anglaise to name just a couple. Round out your candlelit breakfast with a selection of teas and flavored cocoas, and all the coffee you desire.
Dining
Dinner at Rabbit Hill Inn is romantic and memorable. A gracious server will help you decide your selections for some of the most innovative dining you may have ever experienced. Chef Matthew Secich presents a new and intriguing menu each season featuring award-winning local farm to table cuisine prepared in a most sophisticated fashion. A varied, yet unpretentious wine list and well-stocked bar add to this festival for the palate. After dinner, enjoy an after dinner drink in the cozy Snooty Fox Pub.
