It's the most important meal of the day and we'll help you do it right! Breakfast begins at the buffet table where you will find an assortment of homemade muffins and cakes, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, and our special granola. Then, prepare for your server to tell you about each morning's two hot entree choices. Maybe it will be lemon buttermilk pancakes with Chambord coulis and Vermont maple syrup or pepperjack & herb quiche with sundried tomato anglaise to name just a couple. Round out your candlelit breakfast with a selection of teas and flavored cocoas, and all the coffee you desire.
