A stay at The Madeleine Bed & Breakfast is an experience to remember. The elegant Queen Anne style house, built in 1886, features all the classic Victorian touches: stained glass windows, window seats, dark wood moldings, brick and tile fireplaces, and a large front porch complete with wooden rocking chairs. The interior is filled with beautiful period antiques. The three story gingerbread is tucked away on a quiet street near the Plaza and Canyon Road. Its lush and peaceful English garden is filled with roses, iris, and snapdragons and provides a cool quiet spot for breakfast or book-reading under the aspens and the 100 year old apricot tree.
