Cromwell Manor Historic Inn, offers accommodations in either an elegant 1820 mansion or a charming Colonial cottage dating to 1764. Nestled on 7 acres of lawns and gardens, our hilltop position offers spectacular views of Storm King mountain and the Hudson Highlands. Knowledgeable, friendly staff can help you plan your itinerary, whether you're looking for historic landmarks, spa services, outdoor activities, or world-class shopping (all minutes away). Breakfast served each morning in our Dining Room. We are close to West Point Military Academy, Woodbury Commons Premium Designer Outlet store, Storm King Art Center, DIA Beacon,etc. Located 60 miles from NYC.

The Manor House contains nine guest rooms, as well as the Dining Room, Guest Kitchen, Parlor, Patio and Porch. Rooms are elegant and spacious and furnished with antiques and fine reproductions. All guest rooms have private bathrooms. Many have wood-burning fireplaces and/or flat screen televisions. The Cromwell Suite, our most luxurious room, includes a double-Jacuzzi and a fireplace. Wifi is available free of charge. One wheelchair-accessible room is available. The 1764 House is enhanced by the original woodwork, including beamed ceilings and wide-plank floors, with a charming country ambiance. Rooms include features like private bathrooms, 2 fireplaces and 1 antique claw footed soaking tub. The second floor has a two-bedroom unit ideal for families or couples traveling together. Rent the 1764 House for family reunions. While most of our guests are seeking a romantic getaway, some rooms can accommodate more than two travelers. Well-behaved children older than 6 are welcome. Awaken to the scent of fresh coffee and a homemade breakfast served right to your private table. Breakfast will be served in our sun filled Dining room that overlooks a 7 acre slice of the Hudson Valley. We are happy to accommodate food allergies with advanced notice. Snacks and Refreshments will be available in the Guest Kitchen,open 24 hours. In addition to breakfast you can special order picnic baskets, gift baskets, homemade fudge, flowers, and in room massages. Ask the Innkeeper for more information and order with advanced notice.

Dinner can be arranged for special occasions at the Cromwell Manor Inn. If a night out is what you're looking for we have a great selection of restaurants all within minutes of the Cromwell Manor Inn. We are happy to give you our recommendation and have menus on hand to help you choose. Choose from Italian, German/Swiss, Thai, Indian, BBQ, Seafood, Steak, Mexican, American Fare and eclectic, etc.

West Point Military Academy, Storm King Art Center, Dia:Beacon, Brotherhood Winery, Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, FDR and Vanderbilt Mansions, Walk-Way over the Hudson are all within a scenic drive from our doorstep, and are all very popular with guests. Enjoy outdoor Shakespeare concerts, fireworks, West Point military graduation, hiking, biking, shopping and much much more to do. Stroll through the gardens and meadow to the orchard at the rear of our property. In daylight, you will marvel at the view of mountains and fields, without a house in sight. After dark, the stargazing is spectacular. On the way you pass an ancient sycamore, whose canopy has sheltered many wedding parties. The nature preserve offers you a gentle hike through woods and fields. Jones Farm, originally part of the Cromwell estate, tempts you with fresh fudge and pies, as well as a delightful gift shop, only a few yards from our doorstep. Golf, tennis, and swimming are all nearby, as is the Hudson River.
