There are four room types for a total of 17 rooms at the Avenue Inn Bed and Breakfast. Traditional queen, Deluxe Queen, Deluxe King and Double Double. Rooms are differentiated by size, bed type, view, period furnishings, historic value and side or sitting areas. Amenities include voice mail, wireless internet, cable TV, climate control (A/C Heat) hairdryers, irons and private bathrooms with either tub/shower or shower configurations.

The Avenue Inn features an expanded continental breakfast served in the formal dining room with seating there, on the Creole porch or on the patio overlooking the garden. Guests enjoy a full selection of New York style bagels, English muffins and raisin bread with butter, cream cheese, fruit jellies and single serve peanut butter. Additionally there are hot and cold cereals with whole or skim milk, assorted teas and coffee selections, yogurt, orange and apple juices, and breakfast bars, granola and toaster treats. There are also fresh pastry items like turnovers, coffee cake or cinnamon rolls along with whole fresh fruit.

The Inn is located within walking distance of restaurants at every level of sophistication and price level. Hundreds of other world class restaurants are only a short taxi ride away.
