The Mansion House was built in approximately 1904 and restored in 1913, 1928, 1938, and 1991. This historic building is a two-story masonry and wood platform, built as a single-family residential building. located in the heart of beautiful St. Petersburg's Old Northeast and the arts and entertainment district, convenient for all of sunny Tampa Bay, Florida. Minutes from one of the loveliest natural harbors, the Vinoy Basin and the Renaissance Vinoy Resort.

When you rent a room from Mansion House, you actually get a lot of additional space! Luxury rooms are standard; the libraries in both big houses give guests a place to put together a puzzle, play games, read quietly, watch a ball game with other; or just enjoy. Each bedroom comes with custom-made bedding, comfy beds, 200 percal sheets; lots of pillows of different sizes, private label amenities such as soap, shampoo, bubble bath, toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, shower caps, etc. All room have access to Wi-Fi wireless high-speed Internet connectivity--also available from the pool and garden. Cards are available for a small fee.

Breakfast consists of specially-prepared house favorites: Strawberry, banana, and cream cheese stuffed french toast; delicious buttermilk blueberry, apple, or strawberry pancakes, crepes with leeks and mushrooms; frittatas; Abelskeivers; puffy pancakes, and other delicious foods prepared in our certified kitchen. We use fresh fruit every day to give our guests a great start. Special diets are catered to and we have no problem with guests who need special preparation of their food. You can start the day with a great breakfast and end the day in a wonderful bed!

Courtyard Garden for weddings, receptions, and parties. Can handle up to 100 persons. Mansion House also has a meeting room that can seat up to 24 persons. We can cater meetings for all meals and snacks. many of our rooms overlook the garden; some overlook the swimming pool/garden.
