The Baer House Bed & Breakfast is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings and is within walking distance of restaurants, galleries, and museums. Our front parlor contains satellite television with HBO and Showtime, a VCR, and a selection of tapes. Our second parlor offers a guest library, game table, and The Baer House Gift Shop. You may browse the shelves for Eastern Oregon books, handmade soaps and candles, as well as cards and gifts from Tender Heart, Victorian Greetings, Leanin'' Tree, and Gooseberry Patch. Enjoy a full gourmet breakfast. House specialties include caramel baked French toast, Dutch babies (a puffed pancake recipe from Seattle), and sausage and egg strata.
